The Slough Jets are delighted to confirm that defenceman Alex Cole has re-signed for the 2026/27 season!
Having quickly established himself as a fan favourite, Alex returns for his third season with the Jets, looking to help the team challenge for more success during the 2026/27 season.
Reflecting on Alex’s return, Head Coach Lukas Smital said…
“Alex brings great energy to our group. Even though he’s one of the more experienced players in the team, he’s still eager to learn and improve, and that attitude sets a great example for everyone around him. He really grew into his role towards the end of last season, and I’m looking forward to seeing him continue that on into this year.”
Looking ahead to the new season, Alex said…
“I can’t wait to get going with my third season for the Jets! Every season I look to develop and improve and that’s thanks to the standard of coaching and players that surround the team. The Jets mentality is to always want more and that is certainly the goal for next season. The fanbase is growing every season and what a feeling it is with the place rammed, filled with energy and extremely noisy! That definitely gives us a huge boost home and away! See you all soon #8”
